My artistic language is based on the deconstruction of formal conventions, images, icons, and symbols from the history of art and ceramics, and their reassembly in contemporary contexts relating to social and gender issues.
I seek to broaden the possibilities of material expression by accentuating its full potential of fragility, and the possibility of fixing and rebuilding, that allows new growth and development.
