나의 포슬린 용기는 극동 아시아 국가들에서 볼 수 있는 손으로 만든 도자기 전통으로부터 영감을 얻었다. 나는 의식용 기물들과 이 기물들이 놓여지는 공간, 그리고 그 공간에서 벌어지는 의식에 흥미를 느낀다. 나의 작품의 주제는 언제나 음악, 명상, 무상함에 관한 것이다.

I produce porcelain vessels informed by a dialogue between Far-Eastern and more homespun pottery traditions. I draw on his interest in ritual vessels, the spaces they occupy and the ceremonies that surround them. Music, meditation and transience are constant themes.
