나는 그 어떤 이론보다 재료 자체에서 오는 결과를 더 신뢰한다. 최근 수년간 나의 작품은 자연에서 채취한 재료에서 얻은 깨우침, 그리고 소성이 끝난 후의 결과물에 초점을 맞추어왔다.

For me, the results from the materials themselves in my works are more real and more credible than any theory. My work in recent years has been focused on the enlightenment that comes from natural materials and the results of my works after firing.
